AndroTurk Radyo ("the App", "we", "us") lets you discover and listen to internet radio stations from Turkey, the United States, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the AndroTurk Radyo iOS app specifically.
The App stores the following directly on your device (via iOS UserDefaults) and does not transmit it to our servers:
This data stays on your device and is removed if you delete the App.
If you use the App's optional recording feature, the audio file and its station name/date are saved only in the App's private storage on your device. Recordings are never uploaded to our servers or any third party — they are visible only to you, inside the App, until you delete them or delete the App.
To show you radio stations, categories, and search results, the App requests station metadata (name, genre, stream URL, logo) from our backend based on the country and category/search terms you select. These requests do not require you to create an account and are not linked to your identity by us.
The App is ad-supported and uses Apple's App Store for subscriptions. The third-party services below may collect information as described in Section 2.

On first launch, iOS will ask whether you allow the App to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies (Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework). If you decline, the App and its advertising partners will not use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalized ads, and only non-personalized ads will be shown. You can change this choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App presents Google's consent form before showing personalized ads, in line with the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework. You can review or change your choice at any time from the Privacy Choices option on the Premium screen inside the App.
This App uses YouTube API Services to display related public video content. By using this App, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's use of information received from the YouTube API is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can review or revoke any Google account permissions you may have granted at Google security settings.
The App asks for permission to send you push notifications (e.g. about new stations or features), delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple's push notification service. You can allow or deny this at the system prompt, and change your choice at any time in Settings → Notifications → AndroTurk Radyo. Declining does not affect any other App functionality.
The App offers an optional, auto-renewing ad-free subscription, purchased and managed entirely through your Apple ID / App Store account. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We only receive confirmation that an active subscription exists, so the App can turn ads off for you — we do not receive your name, payment method, or billing address.
We do not sell your personal information.
On-device data (favorites, preferences) is retained until you delete the App or clear its data. Data processed by our advertising partners is retained according to their own published retention policies (see links below).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 9. Because most App data lives only on your device, deleting the App itself deletes your favorites and preferences immediately.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Radio stations listed in the App are operated by independent third-party broadcasters. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of the streams themselves or of any external website linked from within a station's content.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised policy.
