These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AndroTurk Radyo mobile application ("App", "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

AndroTurk Radyo is a mobile application that lets you listen to live radio stations from around the world. The App offers features such as category-based station discovery, favorites, playback history, song recognition, recording, and a premium subscription.
The App works by connecting to the streaming infrastructure of individual radio stations. AndroTurk Radyo does not own or broadcast this content — it is solely a tool for accessing these third-party streams.
To use the App you need a compatible mobile device and an internet connection. The App is intended for users aged 13 and over, in line with Apple's App Store guidelines. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
The App asks you to select a country so it can show you relevant station listings. This selection, along with your favorites and history, is stored locally on your device — no user account is required.
AndroTurk Premium is an auto-renewable subscription that provides:
Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal charge is made within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
If offered, a free trial is valid only for the duration stated on the purchase screen; unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store account settings. Refund requests after purchase are subject to Apple's applicable policies; AndroTurk Radyo cannot process refunds directly.
The App lets you record the radio stream you are currently listening to onto your device. This feature is intended for personal, private use only. Copyright in any recorded content belongs to the relevant radio station and/or content owners. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of recordings. Free users have a limited number of recordings; this limit is removed with AndroTurk Premium.
If you grant permission, the App may send push notifications about new content or updates. You can disable these notifications at any time from your device's Settings.

The radio streams accessible through the App are provided by independent third-party stations. AndroTurk Radyo is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or continuity of these broadcasts. A station's stream may change, pause, or stop at any time at that station's own discretion.
The App's design, interface, logo, and software code belong to AndroTurk Radyo and are protected by copyright law. Radio station names, logos, and broadcast content remain the property of their respective stations.
Free users may see banner and app-open ads within the App, served through Google AdMob. For details on ad personalization and data collection, see our Privacy Policy. An AndroTurk Premium subscription removes ads entirely.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." AndroTurk Radyo makes no warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the App.
We may restrict or terminate your access to the App without prior notice if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or announced via an in-app notice. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye.
